SPCM
Excelitas technology has newly improved the SPCM-AQRH single photon counting module, which can detect single photons within the wavelength range of 400 nm to 1060 nm. Its performance parameters are superior to other solid or vacuum tube photon counters. SPCM-AQRH uses a unique silicon avalanche photodiode (SLik) to achieve a peak photon detection efficiency of>70% in a circular sensitive area at 700nm. TTL level pulses detect and generate signals for each photon, which can be used in the BNC connector module at the rear. The termination signal should become 50 Ω.

Timing Resolution Optimized SPCM
The SPCM-AQRH-XX-TR of Excelitas technology is the latest generation of single photon counting module products, specifically optimized for time resolution and performance. SPCM-AQRH-XX-TR uses a unique SLiKTM silicon avalanche photodiode with a time resolution of better than 250 ps, while maintaining a peak photon detection efficiency (PDE) of over 75% at 650 nm in sensitive areas with a diameter of 180 μ m.Although some performance parameters such as dead time and dynamic range need to be optimized,Other performance parameter standards such as excellent consistency, thermal overload protection, temperature stability, and linearity are still part of the advantages of this new SPCM time optimization module.
